Art at Rescue Elementary & After School Enrichment
Afterschool Enrichment Classes
Prior to the Pandemic, I taught after school art classes at Lake View Elementary and Lake Forest Elementary. I also taught art classes at Greenwood Co- Op to home school students, Visions and Horizons Charter Schools.
Most after school programs are 4 - 8 weeks long, a one hour class once a week. The students encouraged to experiment with a variety of different high quality art supplies. The art projects are done on canvas, wood, metal and tiles. All art supplies are included with the art class.

In January of 2023 I started as the art teacher at Rescue Elementary. I teach on Mondays and teach almost 500 students a month my original art lessons from the Color Wheel Art Curriculum. The program is funded by the PTC.

Art with Miss Jamie at Rescue Elementary

The art classes are once a month and each month the students will be introduced to a new artist. The art projects are designed to be finished in approximately 40 - 50 minutes. Each grade will create an original art project inspired by the featured artist. They will be encouraged to try a variety of art mediums, different, art styles, art techniques and use new art tools.
All art supplies are included.

The afterschool enrichment art classes are weekly, 1 hour a day at the Lakeview campus. The art projects are designed to be finished in approximately 1 hour. Each week my art students create an original art project inspired by a different artist. They will be encouraged to try a variety of art mediums different, art styles, art techniques and use new art tools.
All art supplies are included.
